Building Surveyor required to join a public sector estate for an initial three month contract


Your new company
Working across a number of building surveying related areas you will be joining a public sector estate who are responsible for the maintenance and statutory compliance for 20 properties across the Devon region.

Your new role
As a Building Surveyor you will undertake a number of varied duties and responsibilities in order to help your new client mobilise a new contract. This will involve undertaking condition surveys, dealing with day to day maintenance enquiries and issues, and also helping to put together a planned maintenance schedule whilst also delivering minor works projects across the estate.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you should have relevant Building Surveying and maintenance experience as well as experience of working on the client-side. You should also have an HND as a minimum in a construction or surveying related subject.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an initial three month full time role which will pay up to £20 per hour. This contract is highly likely to extend past the initial three month period and you may also have the opportunity to apply for similar permanent positions.
