Regional Acquisitions Surveyor (client side), Field Based, £35 000 pa + Commission, Co Car, Parking Gold Card

Are you looking to move to an operator who is actively acquiring?

A leading parking operator is seeking a Regional Acquisitions Surveyor to join the established team to identify new and existing sites to the business. You will be focusing on sites within Kent & Sussex.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Sourcing & Presenting sites to The Board
  • Negotiate, agree Heads of Terms and see through to completion

In order to be considered you WILL:-

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Have undertaken a property transactional role (Ideally 1-2 years)
  • Have an existing client base

This is great opportunity for candidates coming for a Residential House Builder or a Retirement Home operator or a consultancy looking for a more autonomous role.
