Surveyor / Senior surveyor – Transaction manager
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Tenant Representation team, primarily focussed on winning and executing office acquisitions across the Central London market. The role is varied and provides a high level of autonomy in a fun and supportive environment. The role is paying up to £45k + car allowance + bonus + benefits + bonus.
The role
- Clients and Business Development
- Liaison with an existing network of contacts in order to generate new opportunities
- Generating meeting opportunities with new potential clients
- Making new contacts and building new relationships in order to generate new business
- Pitching for and executing one off acquisitions/ lease re-gears
- Providing support to existing team in terms of market searches, viewing tours and negotiation.
- Has broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplines
Requirements
- Active team player
- Mentors other junior colleagues
- Educated to degree level
- Preferably MRICS
