An industry leading leisure client, who operate on a national basis, is currently looking to hire an Estates Manager to join their Property team. 

The bulk of the role will involve managing their portfolio which is spread across the UK. Strong L&T knowledge and negotiation skills will be imperative to carry out the role successfully.

There will also be a significant element of Acquisitions & Disposals as well as Development of new sites.

Extensive travel will be involved with this position however the client is happy for someone to work remotely for the majority of the time and a car/car allowance are including in the package.

Requirements:

- MRICS

- Strong L&T knowledge

- Acquisition & Disposal experience

- Ability to travel nationwide
