You will work as a Building Surveyor based in the Nottingham office. This organisation are a UK leading, award winning business.

Your new role
You will work as a Building Surveyor, working with condition surveys and reports, design specification, project management and dilapidations. You will work in a large team, who cover both private and public sector projects. The sectors they cover are education, commercial, housing and blue light.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a driven and passionate individual when it comes to building surveying. You will have a Building Surveying degree or equivalent, and ideally have experience within a property or building surveying related role. This company are interested in people that are keen to work towards their APC or are MRICS qualified already.
