Senior Surveyor - Transaction Management - Up To £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client is seeking a senior surveyor/Associate to join their Occupier services team working on a leading contract.   This is a transaction management opportunity so previous occupier services experience is essential.  London Based Role offering up to £55,000 + Benefits.    We have a number of positions at this level but working on a number of accounts within the UK & EMEA wide.  

Job Role:

• At least 3-5 year experience in representing corporate occupiers
• Experience in working with banking and finance sector clients is an advantage
• Transaction management experience (with focus on offices) across multiple geographies, specifically Europe and UK
• Strong experience in leasehold transactions (acquisitions, disposals, renewals alike; experience with freehold is a plus)
• Ability to manage high volume of transactions across various markets
• Experience in working towards tight deadlines and KPI’s
• Understanding of UK contracts and leasing laws
• Good understanding of excel / financial modelling (discounted cash flow calculations and financial comparisons)
• Reporting and presentation skills  
• Good communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Able to develop a strong relationship with our brokerage network and lead and support them throughout the transaction
• Experience in Tenant Representation can be an advantage
• Proactive approach to transactions through opportunity spotting leveraging portfolio information and critical dates  
• Experience in implementing and driving agreed strategies
