Technical Manager - Residential Development, Birmingham /East Midlands £45,000 - £60,000

My clients is an award winning housebuilder who produce a high specification product. They have a true passion for quality, strong culture and proud history of success.

As Technical Manager you will lead the technical function within the company. You will be expected to manage cost effective detailed designs are produced to meet the company standards.  Responsibilities will include coordinating all necessary technical information, supporting the land team with feasibility studies, producing specific design programmes and monitoring technical objectives to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.  

The ideal candidate can be from an architecture, engineering or construction background and will have worked within a housebuilder. Key attributes must include; an efficient manager, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task and to prioritise accordingly.
