Investor Relations and Marketing

One of London’s leading real estate investment managers with numerous active funds is looking to fill their Investor Relations and Marketing role. My client has over £1.1bn AUM and is a leader in their field since their inception over 15 years ago. They have typically invested in UK real estate and are now expanding across Europe.

This particular role will be working mainly on their flagship fund which has over 1,250 investors and an asset value of c.£650m. The successful candidate will be working directly alongside the Head of Business Development and Marketing, becoming an integral part of the team and the fund’s growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the Business Development Director in the management of prospective clients
• Monitor investor trends, requirements, and strategies in order to identify potential new investors
• Acting as the first point of contact for investors
• Coordinate and progress the construction and production of fund fact sheets and fund manager presentations, acting as a point of contact for both
• Organisation of fund AGM’s and quarterly investors’ committee meetings.
• Organisation of other fund events, lunches, seminars, and client engagement
• Assisting with the management of the company’s PR agency & journalist contacts

Key experience/qualifications:

• Ideally 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role
• IMC qualification preferable
• Good team player and happy to get involved in all parts of the job
