Senior Asset Manager, Property Company, Berkshire / Oxfordshire

The Client

A private commercial property company with a large portfolio of commercial properties across the London & South East.  They employ 50 people across development, project management, investment and asset management across various locations. 

The Role

• The role is to manage all elements of asset management across a portfolio of industrial and commercial office properties, including business parks that have been recently purchased.
• To ensure all asset and property management (in house) is undertaken efficiently to maximise income and value
• To proactively manage all lease events, voids, lettings and refurbishments.
• To ensure rent collection, service charges, insurance, dilapidations and rating issues are dealt with effectively
• To manage all external professionals and agents
• Assist on investment decisions and work closely with Development and Construction teams

What we’re looking for

• MRICS qualified, with experience in a similar commercial asset management role, ideally client side.
• A proactive asset manager with commercial property experience
