Your new company
A public sector educational organisation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract - with the strong potential to turn into a long term prospect.

Your new role
A dynamic and informal organisation - you will be a key part of their management team, running a team of in house trades people, external contractors, managing the year planned maintenance programme for all buildings on site and holding the post of duty asbestos manager.

The other aspect of this varied job is project managing any up and coming refurb projects (structural repairs and remedial work), experience of conditions surveys, listed buildings consent, planning applications and building regs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar post - any education experience is a bonus - public sector background, have a proven history of line managing trades / construction workers, asbestos knowledge etc.
