Senior Facilities Manager
Manchester
£45-55,000
This well known and well regarded UK managing agent are looking for a senior facilities manager to be based in their central Manchester office. You will be looking after a portfolio of primarily commercial assets, offices with retail frontage. The assets are multiple occupied service charge properties owned by Asset and Investment Management companies. The role will include:
" Mobilisation management
" Maintain elogbook's solution
" Contractor management
" Service charge budgets and reconciliations
" Small works management
" Overseeing fit out/refurbishment works
" Utilities management
" Management of building manager staff
" Health & Safety
To be considered you must have 5+ yrs. experience of facilities management from a managing agent perspective with IOSH/NEBOSH and previous experience of Mobilisation . If you are looking for a fresh challenge within a great and thriving business then please submit your CV.
