Project Manager job | Edinburgh | Consultancy | Property | Up to £40k DOE
This is a role for someone who might be stuck in one sector delivering the same projects all the time, possibly someone who is not enjoying the large corporate, or even someone who might be feeling a bit undervalued and ready for a new & exciting role.
Below are the headlines of the role which I feel are important to know at this stage;
- Salary: up to £40,000 DOE + (Pension/Health)
- Project sectors: Health, Education, Marina, Residential, Commercial
- Project values: £250k - £80m - Current team: 4-5 PMs at various levels, some great experience!
- Professional development: Full guidance and support for RICS/APM
- Career progression: A clear path to the next level with evidence of team progression
