Our client is an internationally renowned house builder and are looking to recruit a bright and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on site at one of their residential schemes of 550 (low rise) units in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.    

Your main responsibility being to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site with all procurement, tender and cost work for the scheme including feasibility cost plans, on-site valuations, checking invoices and issuing payment, reviewing, analysing and advising on tenders.  

You’ll have or be in the process of completing an industry relevant degree and will have experience of working within residential construction.
