Project Manager (Construction) - Industrial Development

A Property & Construction consultancy seeks a Project Manager to work with key clients in the industrial development arena. This work will involve the delivery of projects on a variety of schemes, including asset management led refurbishment & fit out, new build and redevelopment. Clients will include commercial developers, funds and property companies, and you will be working across the Midlands.

This consultancy are a large, well-known firm, and need a person that can hit the ground running in this growing team. Because of their size and client base there will always be a healthy pipeline of work to deliver, that said your role will also involve you working with the partners on developing new business with new and existing clients alike.
