Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a well known, well regarded property consultancy who are seeking an additional commercial property manager to join the Newcastle team. The role is to focus on providing best in class property management services to a range of local and national clients spanning the industrial, office and retail sectors. The role would suit a surveyor who is nearly or recently MRICS qualified, (the majority of APC must be completed if not qualified). Similarly, applicants will have a background in rent, service charge and insurance collection; management of service charge budgets; site inspections; data input & risk management; report writing and clients liaison. The post would suit a professional from a similar consultancy environment, seeking the progression or to improve client base/remuneration package with a view to further promotion.
