Land Manager

An award-winning national house builder has appointed us to find a Land Manager to join their ever growing and successful team. Based in their London office, the Land Manager will be an integral part of increasing the landbank for this highly reputable PLC. This is an opportunity that will enable the suitable candidate to expand their contact base and to progress considerably within their career.

The land patch will be focused in London and anywhere within the M25. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team with colleagues in planning, design and construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying sites across the London area
• Securing land and negotiating deals
• Appraising potential sites and completing due diligence
• Utilising and building up a contact base with agents, landowners and various stakeholders

You ideally will have:

• A strong local knowledge with contacts in the area
• Track record or land deals
• An understanding of the acquisitions and development process
• Excellent communication skills
