Land Manager
We are looking for a Land Buyer or Land Manager to join a small, high-performing team at a well-known developer in London. With a constant need to feed the development pipeline this team is very active in the market and has no issues with funding.
Typically focussing on sites larger than 100 units, the successful candidate will be a London specialist and have a strong purchasing history within the M25.
Exceptional candidates from a consultancy background will be looked at.
Key requirements:
- 2 – 6 years’ experience in Land role
- Transaction history in London
- Ability to find sites through network
Salary:
- Between £40,000 and £80,000 basic + bonus
