Job Details
Unique strategic and operational role taking the lead on all property management activity for one of the UK’s biggest office parks near Oxford. The role is to lead the high performing property management team on site and work in partnership with the client to deliver core services, but also strategically work on growth with this key client. Role includes:
Interesting and varied work
Leading Client relationships with opportunities to grow instructions
Co-ordinating and running Client instructions
Managing and mentoring talented surveyors within the team
Structured training and career progression
Opportunities to become involved in asset management work
Opportunities to become involved in Executive and Operational Board projects
Business Development and key involvement in pitches
Great internal support network
Requirements:
Property management and team management experience
Commercial awareness of running a business
Understanding of how a P&L operates
Up to date knowledge of legislation relating to property management
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to build and maintain occupier / customer relationships and understanding the true meaning of Client Care for both landlords and occupiers
Understanding of Clients’ investment objectives
