Maintenance & Small Projects Manager

Our client is a leading brand in the commercial hospitality sector and require a Maintenance Manager and Small Projects Manager to assist in the effective running of the maintenance and facilities support of the restaurant estate. 

Working for the Head of Store Development and Maintenance this role is to take a greater ownership of store maintenance for the restaurant portfolio and start to pick up small project work, equipment roll out programmes and refurbishments. 

You will manage the day to day running of the maintenance function, monitoring and managing contractors to ensure restaurants remain open and trading.  Take responsibility for ensuring both reactive maintenance and PPM is dealt with efficiently. 

Candidates need to have dealt with multi-site retail or restaurant / leisure maintenance either as a supplier, service provider or within a client-side role.  The opportunity here is to develop the skills to deliver small projects under the guidance of the Head of Department.
