Our client, a major UK land owner is looking to appoint a Head of Property to help formulate and be the driving force behind a comprehensive asset management strategy.

An ability to spot opportunities and see these through to completion is essential. From acquiring land for development opportunities through to disposing of loss making assets, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the portfolio.

The ideal profile would have experience across a variety of asset classes as this property portfolio is made up of commercial, retail, residential and leisure assets.
