A dynamic and successful multi-discipline property and construction consultancy would like to hire a confident and competent M&E specialist on a contract basis. This national consultancy has an enviable client list, this role will be working with one of their most important Scottish clients on key sites. You will be supervising, assessing and recording all works done, managing contractors, identifying and managing remedial works for any defects and ensuring CDM regulations are being adhered too. To be eligible for the role you will need a minimum of 3 years experience in a construction environment, security clearance is also going to be required with this role but this can be obtained if you don't already have it.
