Job Details
An East Midlands based property owner/occupier, is looking for a Graduate/Assistant Estates Surveyor to work on a variety of new and existing mixed use schemes. Working as part of a team to assist Surveyors and Valuers in respect of the effective management of the property portfolio to deliver the Corporate Asset Management Plan. The successful candidate will have practical experience of property management and maintenance of non-domestic buildings. This role would suit a property graduate looking to embark on a successful career in the property industry. Full APC support is provided.
