On their behalf, we are looking for a hard-working and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their accomplished and very well respected team.

This is an exciting opportunity for career development within a hugely respected company, for candidates looking for autonomy and high billing potentials. You will be joining an experienced team with excellent rental stock, a strong local reputation and the freedom to manage how you operate.

Requirements:

- 3+ years proven lettings experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Easily generate and win business
- Well-presented and self-motivated
- Full driving licence essential
- Professional at all times

Roles and responsibilities:

- Arrange and carry out viewings
- Book in valuations and conduct market appraisals
- Communicate with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating tenancy terms
- Acquiring new business

Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £22k-25k + car allowance + generous fee structure, including 10% on renewals. Please note we would consider more for outstanding candidates.
