I am currently recruiting for a Independnet Planning Consultant for a really interesting and large scale development in Northampton.
Client Details
My client is a significant property holder in the Northampton area, who is undertaking some significant and really interesting developments in the Northampton area.
Description
The responsibilities for the Interim Planning Consultant, is to lead the planning element of a significant and complex development in Northampton. Very strategic and will be a challenging assignment.
Profile
The successful candidate would be be a Interim Planning Consultant, to deliver the planning around some significant and interesting developments. Ideally RTPI. Someone who is comfortable to commute to Northampton on a daily basis. Not workload role, more of a strategic planning assignment.
Job Offer
My client is in need of support immediately. This role will last full time for 4 months and part time 8 months. The daily rate will reflect experience. I have license to get the best planner I can as quickly as I can, so money is not a hurdle here.
