Our client, a family owned Property company with three Central London offices, established over 30 years ago, are looking for a Client Accountant to join the team.

This role will encompass; Property Management Systems, Budgeting, Billing and collections, Bookkeeping, Accounting and VAT as well as Reporting.

The Client accountant will need to have:

  • Experience of QUBE (Property System) is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years within block management accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (at least to intermediate level).
  • Outstanding organisation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A professional and organised approach to work.
  • A positive, friendly, confident and helpful attitude within a team environment and when dealing with clients.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience of working within the property management sector.
