Job Details
Deverell Smith are currently working on behalf one of London's largest Housing Associations as they are seeking a Sales Manager for their East London division.
This Housing Association sell both private and affordable properties all over London and have a head office based in Central London. They have a very successful new homes team and are seeking a strong manager to lead and develop the staff on site. This person will need to help this company achieve their exciting growth plans and have a proven track record in leading strong teams. They will be reporting into the Head of Sales and must have prior experience selling London property, ideally in both the private and affordable sectors.
Job Role:
- To maximise the regions sales of both affordable and private properties within the portfolio
- To provide excellent customer service or purchasers and maintain a smooth customer journey for every purchaser
- Encourage and develop the sales team
- Ensure the team are hitting target, ideally exceeding key performance indicators that are set
- Have the ability to motivate the team
- Lead by example, offering assistance where needed
- Develop the team through training and regular one to ones
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver exceptional campaigns to ensure sales targets are overachieved at launch and throughout the duration of time the properties are sold
Requirements:
- Knowledge and prior experience in selling new homes
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Good understanding of the London housing market
- Excellent IT skills inclusive of excel
- Results orientated
- Hardworking, helpful and understanding towards purchasers
- Proven experience managing a large, successful team
Package:
Salary: £37,500 - £42,000 basic + bonus + lots of other benefits
Working week: Monday - Friday
