Job Details
A Partner is required to join a dynamic West End leasing team, and be responsible for a host of instructions within the office market. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent autonomy, and will be responsible for leading key transactions and reporting to institutional and boutique Landlords directly.
The role will involve:
- Office leasing transactions across the West End and the wider London market.
- Communicating with a diverse client base in relation to leasing instructions.
- Liaising with the firm's Management, Investment and Lease Advisory Partners, to provide coordinated property advice to Central London owners and others.
- As a Partner, this individual should be attentive to driving the vision of the firm forward.

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record within the office market. Extensive tenant rep experience would also be relevant.
