Senior Quantity Surveyor

Multi-Disciplinary looking for a Senior QS with demonstrable construction background

Your new role
You'll be the Senior QS in the team, client facing, contractor facing and taking an overall role in all cost management. Specifically, and not exhaustively, you will be handling:

• Feasibilities & budget estimates;
• Cost forecasting, management, analysis, control & reporting;
• Procurement, tendering, contract documents & analysis;
• Negotiating on contractual claims;
• Valuations & payments;
• Negotiation of contract terms with contractors and contract drafting;
• Budget monitoring

What you'll need to succeed
You must have demonstrable experience within consultancy and contractor at a senior stakeholder liaising level - you will be the representative of the organisation at client meetings, making decisions on budgets and having a wider impact. You'll need a level head, patience and problem solving abilities to ensure the programme remains on track, within budget and to keep everyone in line.
