A leading UK development consultancy is looking to appoint a specialist in affordable housing to advise developers and landowners on complicated affordable housing requirements. Additionally they also advise public sector and housing association clients on the transfer and redevelopment of housing, student housing and key worker accommodation.
You will specifically be involved in viability appraisals to support planning negotiations, valuations, brokering S106 affordable housing to RSLs on behalf of developers, section 106 negotiations, valuation of RSL properties, key worker and specialist housing needs studies, evaluation studies and value for money assessments and sustainability studies.
You will have previous experience of negotiating S106 agreements, cashflow modelling, analysis, business development experience and be RICS or RTPI qualified.
