This leader in Global Corporate Real Estate is looking for a senior surveyor or associate director to join their Affordable Housing team. They are seeking to expand in response to increasing demand for their services from developers, landowners, local authorities, NHS trusts and RSLs. Working alongside other members of the team you would be advising clients on a range of affordable housing issues. The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to develop new skills, within the range of services offered by the team and will also work in project-teams alongside members of the Agency and Planning teams.

The affordable housing team is a leading advisor to private and public sector clients across the UK. With an increasing need for affordable housing across the UK, local authorities, developers and landowners are under pressure to deliver more, with an emphasis on value for money. Our team has extensive experience of delivery of robust affordable housing solutions.

Successful applicants will be chartered (MRICS or MRTPI) and have a relevant type of housing background.
