I am instructed to recruit an APC or (ideally) recently qualified rural surveyor for their established Cambridgeshire office within their busy department. This key position forms a crucial part in the overall office that comprises; planning, residential, commercial and auctioneering. The role would suit either a graduate approaching APC or someone that has recently completed the APC and is looking for the next step up the career ladder. On a day to day basis you will be involved in general rural professional work for private clients that will include: Landlord and tenant, valuations, compensation, planning and development as well as some agency. This role will offer the successful candidate a huge variation in work and there is an existing client base for you to get involved with.
