(6 month temporary post to cover maternity leave)
As a qualified or part qualified Chartered Surveyor, you will be responsible for commercial property management, development site assembly, residential valuations, lease renewals and rent review negotiations. You will have a proven knowledge of Landlord and Tenant and Property legislation, excellent negotiating skills and the ability to interpret plans and drawings. A working knowledge of Fire Insurance Valuations and Right to Buy legislation will be a distinct advantage.
