Day to day you will be dealing with predominantly management work for one large client based in the Oxfordshire and Wiltshire area. As well as management you will be dealing with professional work for your client and ad hoc pieces of work including valuations, landlord and tenant issues throughout Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior rural surveyor looking to make the move up the career ladder to Associate level. Candidates will ideally have a recent background in rural estate management and will have had exposure to clients that require a high standard of work. You will be reporting directly to a partner in the office but you will have a huge amount of autonomy from day one and will have a large workload to get involved in so this would suit a professional forward thinking surveyor with ambition and commercial awareness.
