We are looking to recruit an Associate Valuation Surveyor to be based at our Birmingham office with UK travel included. You will be a Chartered Surveyor with 5 years post-qualification experience and be looking for a new challenge in a busy, supportive team. You will have broad experience in all areas of Valuation Surveying and excellent customer facing skills, team skills and ability to work in a pressurised environment.
Technical Skills:
- Qualified Surveyor (MRICS Membership essential
- Valid current driving license
- Desire to develop career and contribute to the success of the team
- Current knowledge of relevant legal and procedural practices
