Associate Valuations Surveyor - Birmingham

A leading, multi-disciplined private practice with offices across the UK are currently seeking an Associate to join the Valuations team based in their Birmingham office. This firms continuing success is based upon their strong client relationships, provision of a cradle to grave property service, full in-house property expertise and their strong business generation skills. These core services, combined with their reputation for delivery, underpins their continued expansion - hence the reason for this vacancy


This Valuations role will deal with a range of clients, from major blue chip organisations (including key retailers) to public sector clients and you will act for clients both nationally and internationally and the firm are on all the major bank panels.


You will be a Chartered Surveyor with broad experience within all areas of Valuation Surveying as well as excellent customer facing skills and the desire to develop your career and contribute to the success of the team.
