An experienced residential property management organisation who has developed a reputation for providing excellent and outstanding service and are now looking to recruit an experienced Block Property Manager to join their prestigious Property Management. The successful candidate will undertake the efficient and effective management of blocks of apartments and take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the portfolio which will include: Drafting service charge budgets in advance of the year-end and to seek client approval for implementation. To ensure budgets are accurately filed and passed with appropriate coding to the Client Accountant, to ensure service charge and ground rent demands are issued in advance of the due date and review expenditure to date, using financial reports to review budget to actual. This is a good opportunity to join a company that has shown continued growth over the past few years and shows signs will continue to do so
