My client is an established general practice partnership incorporating Chartered Valuation and Buildings Surveyors primarily covering the West Midlands area.
They currently have five partners working in all sectors of Commercial property, including Agency, Valuations, Building Surveying, Property Management, and Building Surveying.
As a consequence of continued success and a thriving business within the Building Surveying department, they are now looking for a qualified Building Surveyor to join their highly reputable partnership and add to their already very strong team.
With at least 3 years post qualified experience in the commercial property sector, your duties would cover the full range of building surveying tasks, which include but are not exclusive to:
- Schedules of conditions
- Party wall awards
- Dilapidations
- Professional as well as on site work
