A CDM Coordinator is required to join a prestigious consultancy based in the Central London area to work on a variety of projects

Remuneration:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include:
Car/car allowance, pension, BUPA and 25 days holidays

The client:
Our client is one of the largest and most respected international consultancies in the world. They have almost a centuries worth of experience in supporting the development of commercial strategies, procurement strategies and commercial targets.

They have increased turnover each year and with this their project portfolio is increasing. As a result of this and a number of growth strategies they now require a CDM Coordinator to work on their new projects.

The role:
As the successful CDM Coordinator you will probably be based from my clients HQ in London City. There is a possibility you may be based from one of their blue chip client’s offices, however even then you will be in Central London

Recent projects include, Emirates Stadium, Olympics, Hotels and Retail Stores. Projects are largely construction based. As the successful CDM Coordinator you will have an opportunity to become an Associate within a short period of time if you prove yourself on a daily basis.

Requirements:
Ideally 5 years experience within a CDM Coordinator capacity
Construction project experience is essential
Excellent client facing skills
