My client is Manchester's largest independent, multi-disciplined property consultancy.

They provide commercial property investment advice, including office and industrial consultancy, building consultancy, and professional services on rating, landlord and tenant issues.

As a consequence of continued success and a thriving business within Building Consultancy, they are now looking for a qualified Building Surveyor to join their highly reputable partnership and add to their already very strong team.

With at least 2 years post qualified experience in the commercial property sector, your duties would cover the full range of building surveying tasks, with a particular emphasis in dilapidations.
