This is a great opportunity for a candidate to join a firm who specialise in industrial premises. Your role will be to undertake a wide range of tasks, which will include landlord & tenant work, day to day management, lettings, rent reviews, etc. This is therefore a really interesting and varied role. You will work with a small team who enjoy the environment, are down to earth and believe in getting involved in all aspects of property management to ensure the portfolio functions at the optimum and the tenants get the very best service. The main thrust of the role will be L&T biased, so candidates who have a keen interest and good experience in this are of particular interest. The role is based from Kent and your tenants will be within the Kent and Greater London area. The firm have been in operation for over 30years and have a strong, well established business. This is a great opportunity to join a fun environment where you will be involved in the higher end of industrial premises and have a great opportunity to build a long-term career. A number of the team have been with the firm for many years.
Candidates do not necessarily need to have obtained their RICS qualification and the firm will assist candidates to gain their APC if required but they do require candidates who have a broad experience and feel competent in a range of activities - particularly L&T - and be able to work autonomously (with of course the support of the other team members).
