Commercial Valuation - South West

We are seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor with ideally a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience to join this leading property consultancy. You must have experience working for a consultancy with a large element of your current role devoted to commercial valuation. The role will involve loan security, investment and portfolio valuations for a variety of office, retail, industrial and some residential development valuations.
The mid-Somerset region is identified by the UK government as a major growth area and has easy access to both Bristol and Exeter. Bristol international airport is now one of the busiest in the UK and is less than 20 minutes drive, Bristol is also one of the wealthiest and largest cities in the UK which is less than 1 hours drive away. The patch you will cover includes Somerset and Dorset, which boasts idyllic countryside with a great opportunity for expansion in property services although the majority of the clients and work available is already there.
