Our client possesses an impressive track record of launching innovative products and asset managing funds. They now require a corporate finance specialist. The role will entail working closely with the CEO; handling some 'work in progress', but will mainly focus on fund raising, financing and structuring for a new highly innovative fund focusing on the real estate markets. To apply you are likely to possess a solid academic background, be FSA regulated and possess a track record of success in equity and/ or institutional fund raising. You will possess strong presentation/communication skills, demonstrate proven drive and be commercially astute.
