We require a Desktop Surveyor for one of our Partnering Contractor clients based within East London. This role will include dealing with large amounts of Sub Contractor invoices and reviewing these invoices against the contracts Schedule of Rate codes. Over time you will have to manage and pre & post inspect the sub contractors works including monitoring your own team of in-house Operatives
To be successful for this position you must be able to demonstrate previous experience working with a Social Housing or Decent Homes Contractor and have excellent knowledge of Schedule of Rates.
This position is ideally suited to someone that is keen to work for a secure large contractor and looking for a long-term permanent position.
