Development Surveyor - Commercial Property

A leading multinational retailer is looking to take on a Development Surveyor in their property team in their head office in London. You will be working along side the Regional Development Executive in order to assess the feasibility of new developments. This will involve site finding, negotiation and managing an external team. The preferred candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. The preferred candidate will have retail agency and project management experience. You will be required to evaluate costs and budgets for new developments and liaise with on and off site teams. You will also be required to progress store acquisitions. The preferred candidate will have excellent knowledge of the property market and will be studying or have completed RICS. This role is an ideal opportunity for anyone hungry for a challenge and looking to work within a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
