A global fund and asset management company that concentrates in Real Estate require a Corporate Finance Director. The role will take on 4 main facets: Reviewing and restructuring internal distressed assets on an existing portfolio, offering advice and expertise on distressed situations and debt on new investment opportunities /fund creations etc. To review treasury risk across European cash holding and 'Hedges' and finally to look at new business opportunities from M+A + IPO to delistings and acquisitions.
To apply you will posses experience of corporate finance ideally as principal and in advisory across tax structures, distressed debt and listings/M + A and possess exposure through the origination and execution and transaction process.
