Economic Development Consultant (Associate to Director)

The Client:
My client are a 10 Surveying Consultancy with a strong presence in Public Sector Consultancy. Their team boasts some established names in the business and due to their success, they are looking to grow.

The Role:
Managing and undertaking Economic Development commissions with support from the wider regeneration team
Contribute to the strategic growth of economic development within the company
Generate new business through relationship building and securing competitive tenders in the established South East markets whilst growing your existing network - especially within the public sector

What we’re looking for:
Experience in undertaking economic development projects and projects in related
disciplines
Experience of writing high quality reports and undertaking presentations to clients
Demonstrate an ability to interpret and understand economic development indicators
and data sets
Demonstrate a high level of regeneration and consultancy skills
Demonstrate a clear understanding of land use planning and development surveying
Expertise and experience in managing complex multi-disciplinary project teams
Demonstrate ability to foster and develop client relationships
Leading, composing and winning highly competitive tenders
