Our client is currently looking to recruit for an Energy Consultant, initially on a contract basis but with a view to possibly become permanent (final salary depending on experience) or with a view to recruit permanent staff.
The successful candidate with have the overall responsibility for all aspects of energy, environmental management, heating and hot water management, and the environmental mechanical and electrical management of the property assets. You will be responsible for the promotion and development of a culture of energy conservation across the portfolio including measuring the performance, evaluating and reviewing opportunities where environmental and savings could be achieved and to develop and implement the same.
Candidate should have experience of seeking and obtaining all grants and allowances for energy/environmental savings and maximimising the income and helping to develop the energy and environmental strategy.
You should have experience of setting and delivering a clear action plan to deliver energy savings across portfolio of buildings and take responsibility for administrating an implementing an annual energy budget used to promote energy efficiency for the client.
