ESTATES - DIRECTOR DESIGNATE - THAMES VALLEY
Sorbon Estates is part of The Shanly Group of Companies, a well established private property company operating predominantly in the Thames Valley and having a diverse portfolio of commercial properties which are managed inhouse.
The Role
Overseeing the Estates Management Team, some Acquisitions, Lettings, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews and property maintenance with the assistance of a Maintenance Manager. Seeking out opportunities adding to and enhancing the value of our existing and future portfolio.
Advising our property acquisition team on investment and mixed use schemes.
The Person
A Senior Surveyor with relevant experience, either working for a property company or in private practice. Your experience should be in the acquisition and/or management of property although agency and/or professional experience would also be beneficial. Knowledge of the Thames Valley area would be an advantage. Must be able to demonstrate good team building and entrepreneurial skills.
This is a senior appointment and a generous remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.
