This major retail client has a large, UK wide portfolio and are currently seeking to recruit an additional Estates Surveyor to join their busy and thriving property management team. The successful candidate will be allocated a specific region, with circa 200 properties, and will be responsible for handling the lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge management issues (as required) for the properties. This is predominantly an office based role, although you will visit sites within your region as required. This is a great team, who are seeking a well-rounded, professional team player, who will enjoy a busy, friendly environment.
Suitable candidates will be qualified and ideally have experience of working client-side although candidates from private practice will also be considered.
