My client is looking for an experienced Estimator to join a highly successful Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire to work on various construction projects including houses, offices and shopping centres. If you are tired of the daily commute to London then this is the job for you!

Remuneration:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits

Benefits include:
Car / Car allowance, Pension, BUPA and annual bonus

Location:
Hertfordshire

The Role:
The successful Estimator will be working on a wide range of prestigious projects including houses, offices and shopping centres. You will join a successful team of about 10 and you will be predominately based from Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful Estimator to join a company that values you as an employee rather than just as a number.

Requirements:
Main Contractor / Housing Developer Background
Ideally 4 years + Estimating experience
Construction background
